Main tasks:
- Active business partnering for the DACH region with 650 employees
- Assistance in setting up and expanding the key figure system for controlling operational performance
- Introduction of the key figure system in new companies / units
- Assistance in improving data quality for the evaluations
- Analysis of monthly results, creation of target/actual comparisons, discussion of results / deviations with the operational managers of all levels
- Support of operations in the creation and tracking of action plans for profit optimization
- Support of operations in the creation of business plans, business cases, forecasts and budgets
- Preparation of presentations and analyses for the results discussion with the management
- Participation in various projects in the financial area
Your profile:
- University, university of applied sciences degree or comparable education
- Several years of experience in a comparable task and dynamic environment
- Distinctive analytical skills
- Conceptual and structured working, high resilience in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
- High sense of responsibility, result-oriented, can set priorities and pursue goals tenaciously
- Project Management experience
- Very high IT affinity (databases, reporting systems, ERP systems)
- High abstraction capacity, good presentation skills
- Self-motivating, independently working but also good team player, listener, communicator
- Decisive, strong in change and assertive
- German in spoken and written
- Good English skills
