We are pleased to announce that the iTS Group has been further expanding its presence in Germany since January 2023.
The renowned Kanal Service Arelt GmbH, based in Lohmar (near Cologne, North Rhine-Westphalia), has been part of our growing family of companies since the beginning of the year.
Founded in 2013, Kanal Service Arelt GmbH specializes in the cleaning, inspection, and renovation of wastewater and sewer systems, relying on state-of-the-art technologies. The acquisition includes the seamless integration of approximately 35 qualified employees and collaboration with Managing Director Hans Arelt.
This strategic expansion enables us to be present in Germany with a competent partner and to further optimize our services. With Kanal Service Arelt GmbH, we are strengthening our presence in North Rhine-Westphalia with a locally established contact and expanding our range of services for private, commercial, and public clients in the Cologne-Bonn area.
